This exquisite beachfront property is two magnificent homes in one and are the most luxurious Old Orchard Beach Rentals available. For larger groups rent the entire property with 5-bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. For smaller parties, the in-law apartment and beach-side main house can be rented separately. The main house faces the ocean and includes 3 bedrooms, 5 baths, a large open kitchen, dining and living room, game room with pool table and bar, and ocean facing decks. The backside of the home is a 2 bedroom in-law apartment with its own kitchen, dining and living room, bathrooms, and deck. Both units together sleep 24 people.

The Main House Kitchen & Living Spaces
As you enter the front of the property you’ll be greeted by a grand staircase and elevator. Make your way to the 3rd floor where you’ll find the home’s large open kitchen, dining, and living space with expansive ocean views. The kitchen features top of the line granite counters, Viking appliances, and a large island. The dining room has regular seating for 8 and can extend via glass table leaves providing room for 4 additional guests.
The living room sofa has lots of room for your whole group, enjoy family movie night on the smart TV complete with Amazon Fire Stick. 2 leather chairs in the living room fold out into twin beds. Ocean facing balconies stretch the front of the home. A powder room is located near the living room. The bar, complete with pool table is located towards the back of the house. A powder room is located off the bar area.
The Main House Bedrooms
The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with king bed is the one to fight over as it includes a private ocean facing deck. The view is so expansive you can sit in bed and watch the sunrise. The ensuite bath has a tub and separate glass shower.
Bedroom 2 is next to the master and also enjoys ocean views. There’s a bathroom across the hall, as well as a laundry room. Bedroom 3 is down the hall and includes a bathroom with shower. All rooms have king beds. The main house sleeps up to 10 guests.
The In-Law Apartment
The in-law apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. From the carport you’ll enter the foyer and climb a set of stairs. On the 2nd floor you’ll find the living space complete with open concept living, kitchen and dining room, as well as a side deck with ocean views. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen.
The 3rd floor has 2 guestrooms and a bathroom. 1 room includes 2 king beds and the other has 1 king bed. A twin size day bed can be set up in the 2nd bedroom for parties needing additional space. The in-law apartment can sleep up to 10 guests and can be rented separately from the main house year round.

- Rates based on up to 6 guests. Additional guests $50 each nightly.
- Cleaning fee $250.

Policies:
- 1-2 night stay is required mid September through mid June. A 7 night stay is required mid June through mid September.
- The In-law Apartment and Main house and full house are available to rent year round.
- Check in after 4pm, check out before 10am.
- No pets are allowed on the property. If a pet is brought, $75 daily charge will be assessed.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house. $75 daily charge will be assessed.
- 3 cameras are located on the outside of the property only. One is to the left of the front door. One faces the front door, and a third is in the carport facing the rear entrance door. October 2023. 5/5 Three generations of our family from throughout the northeast gathered at this gorgeous property for three days to celebrate an 80th birthday. We rented the entire house, which included a rear apartment that connected to the front part of the house and added two bedrooms and a second kitchen and laundry. The combined space was perfect for 11 of us. A charming small elevator was a real bonus for those with some infirmity as well as for hauling luggage and food to the second and third floors. While the pool table kept the teens occupied for much of the time, everyone enjoyed the stunning views and the beach itself. The house is exactly as described and even better than than the photographs. We cooked and baked in the large, open, well equipped kitchen where we could all easily gather. Everything was immaculately clean and we all enjoyed every aspect of the house and it’s perfect beachfront location. We felt very lucky to be there. There was one glitch at the very beginning due to an error made by VRBO that resulted in the rear apartment being double booked. Jason quickly resolved the problem by offering the other renters another space, and everything went perfectly from that point forward. We were sad to leave and everyone agreed that we would come back in a heartbeat if given another opportunity.
October 2023. 5/5 We stayed at Jason’s place for 3 nights for a company planning session. It worked out great with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the large, open living areas. We did not even use the second full kitchen–but that would be great if you had more than one family staying. Having the beach right out the front door was so nice! It was a great place to relax –inside as well as outside–after working the day away. The kitchen was fully stocked–and then some! The home was clean and warm–we thought it might be chilly in there as it was mid-October, but it was not. We would love to stay at Jason’s place again!
September 2023. 5/5 This was our second stay at Jason’s beachfront home- it doesn’t disappoint. The beach was beautiful and so convenient. The views from the house are better than expected. It’s just far away enough from the hustle of the pier in OOB to be quiet and peaceful, yet still walk to everything. The setup was great to have multiple families stay- large open kitchen/living space and many spacious bedrooms. I hope we’ll be back!

The family friendly house served our purposes very nicely. Very clean, well designed home. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.
July 2023. 5/5 We rented Jason’s place to get all 3 generations of my family together for a vacation. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the house was. The location is perfect, close enough to the Pier to walk down but far enough away where the kids were not kept up at night with noise coming from it. The beach was right out of the back door where all the kids had a great time run down to the ocean and it made it very handy to walk back to the house in case you forgot something. The house was exceptionally spacious with lots a room for group activities as well as space to go for some quite alone time. Pool table, games, books, beach access and pier access made this house perfect for everyone in my family that was there. Jason was very helpful with recommendations and information about the house before arriving and while we were there. The cleaning crew let us in early because they finished cleaning the whole house and saw that we had little children with us. We will be looking at staying again.
July 2023. 5/5 This house was such an amazing location and the perfect place for our family summer vacation. The house was clean and Jason was quick to respond to any of our questions. It was extra helpful that they had a crib and highchair for our 11 month old and beach toys for our 3 year old. Our family absolutely loved our time in this beautiful home.
November 2022. 5/5 Great house for our family Thanksgiving! Gorgeous house right on the water. We especially loved the views from the main living area and primary bedroom. Well apportioned kitchen to cook our thanksgiving meal. Elevator was a must for parents in their 80s. A ton of space. We all had an amazing g time! Highly recommended
September 2022. 5/5 The master bedroom (and all the bedrooms in the main house) are located on the 2nd floor. But if you rent the whole house there is a connector door on the 3rd floor which leads directly to the bedrooms on the apt side. This is great for anyone who stays up late, while the early sleepers can use the rooms on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom is under the main living area and has it’s own balcony that opens out to the ocean – we stayed in this room and it was heaven! It’s an easy walk to the pier and the many shops and restaurants (about 1/2 -3/4 mi).… This was a real gem for our family/friend get together! We’ll look forward to booking again next year.

Thank you to Jason who made sure every question was answered quickly, and that all accommodations were beyond our expectations. Everything was there (towels, linens, coffee maker, grill with propane & backups, bathroom essentials including shampoos/conditioners!) All appliances were top of the line… There were more than enough bedrooms, and since we’d rented both the main house as well as the adjoining apartment our adult children were able to have their own space as well. The third floor is a very spacious living area with a well-equipped, gorgeous kitchen on the ocean side, and the pool table and bar area to the back side.
