These charming Old Orchard Beach Cottages are decorated in a nostalgic 40’s motif while providing guests the modern conveniences of today. Conveniences including TVs with Amazon Fire Stick, Wi-Fi, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, fully equipped efficiency kitchenettes, and private baths. Enjoy the privacy of your own seaside cottage close to the beach! The location makes it easy to run back and forth from the cottages to the shore – grab a drink, use the bathroom or have lunch in the shade. BBQ grills and picnic tables with umbrellas dot the outdoor area.

Cottage 7
This quaint two-bedroom cottage sleeps up to six people and offers an open kitchen, dining, living room area with cathedral ceiling. There are two roomy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two bunk beds. The bathroom offers his & her sinks, shower and whirlpool tub.
Cottage 8
This charming cottage features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and one has two bunk beds, for a total of 6 people maximum. The open kitchen, dining, living room area has cathedral ceilings. The bathroom offers his & her sinks, shower and whirlpool tub.

- 1 bedroom cottages range from $169-$379 nightly, based on double occupancy, max occupancy is 4
- 2 bedroom cottages range from $199-$499 nightly, based on double occupancy, max occupancy is 6
- Additional guests are $50 per night.

Policies:
- Check in after 3pm, check out before 10am.
- After 10pm guests must move inside the cottages.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
