Odessa by the Sea has 15+ years of experience with high end, short term rental beach properties in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Our focus is providing you and your family with the most memorable getaway to our beautiful area. Read our policies below so you have all the necessary info to have the greatest stay possible. Policies:

• Children: Children of all ages welcome at all of our properties.
• Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the homes. Additional charges of $100 for cottage & condo guests and $300 for beach house guests will apply for smoking.
• Pets: Pets are allowed at a rate of $50/night per pet.
• Damage: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• Rates based on Occupancy: Our rates are based on number of occupants. Failure to provide the accurate number of guests will result in the appropriate occupancy charge.
• Quite Hours: 10pm – 8am. There is a strict city noise ordinance in our neighborhood. We ask our guests to kindly be respectful of our neighbors and our rules. Guests not adhering to our rules may be asked to leave.
• Odessa by the Sea is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables.

Cancellation Policy:

Cottages & Condos:

• Full refund at least 5 days before check-in
• Partial refund within 5 days before check-in (Guests who cancel within 5 days of check-in or during their trip will be charged 1 extra night and refunded 50% of unspent nights)

Beach Houses:

• Full refund at least 60 days before check-in
• Partial refund 30-60 days before check-in (50% refund)
• Non-refundable within 30 days of check-in
