Events & Celebrations
Do you host weddings at your properties? Yes! Our properties are a beautiful setting for intimate weddings and celebrations. Please contact us directly to discuss availability, guest counts, and what we can accommodate for your special day.
Can I host a birthday party at one of your properties? Absolutely. We love being part of your celebrations! Please contact us to discuss the details of your event so we can ensure the right property is reserved for you.
What do you supply for events, and what should guests bring? Please contact us directly for a full list of what is included at each property for events. We’re happy to walk you through exactly what to expect so you can plan accordingly.
Guests & Additional Visitors
What is your additional guest policy?
Fees apply for guests beyond the standard occupancy at each property type:
- Beach Houses: $50 per person, per day or night, for each guest above 10.
- 1-Bedroom Cottages: $50 for one additional guest above 3.
- 2-Bedroom Cottages: $50 per person, per day or night, for each guest above 6. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
- 2-Bedroom Condo: $50 per person, per day or night, for each guest above 5. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
- 4-Bedroom Condo (28 Reggio): $50 per person, per day or night, for each guest above 8. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
This applies to both daytime and overnight visitors.
Pets
Are pets allowed? Yes, we are pet-friendly! There is a fee of $50 per pet, per night. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can make a note on your reservation.
Check-In & Check-Out
What is your early check-in and late check-out policy? We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible, though they are not guaranteed as they depend on the property’s schedule. Please contact us ahead of your stay and we’ll do everything we can to make it work.
Reservations & Rebooking
How do I add or remove dates on my reservation? No problem — just reach out to us and we’ll take care of any date changes on your behalf. We’re happy to adjust your reservation based on availability.
How far in advance should I rebook to secure my preferred property? We recommend rebooking as early as possible to guarantee your preferred dates and property:
- Beach Houses: We strongly recommend booking one year in advance, as these are our most popular properties and dates fill up fast.
- Cottages & Condos: We recommend booking well in advance as well, especially for peak seasons and holidays.
To hold your dates, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival.
